About this program
Provides up to 50% funding (maximum $15,000-$30,000 based on herd size) for livestock handling equipment, feeding efficiency equipment, and installation costs to help beef producers increase finishing capacity in Nova Scotia.
Eligibility
Beef cattle finishers (minimum 20 head) registered under Farm Registration Act, members of NS Cattle Producers, and participants in Perennia's Feed Pilot Program who process cattle locally.
