About this program
The Province of PEI offers to purchase agricultural land designated as index fields under the National Potato Wart Response Plan from eligible landowners whose property has been placed under notice by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Landowners whose property has been placed under notice as an index field by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) under the National Potato Wart Response Plan. Only fields designated as index fields are eligible; adjacent fields, primary contact fields, secondary contact fields, and fields of concern are not eligible.
