About this program

Provides funding to support projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and sequester carbon through natural grassland establishment, perennial biomass crops, perennial warm season pastures, reduced tillage, tree and shrub planting, water retention features, and wetlands.

Eligibility

Ontario farmers with valid premises identification (PID) number and completed 4th Edition Environmental Farm Plan certificate.
