About this program

Financial support for businesses, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations to grow operations, improve productivity, invest in innovation, pursue new markets and create jobs in eastern Ontario. Excludes primary production, retail, construction, personal services, consulting, electricity generation, waste management, information and communication services, academic research, and stand-alone restaurants and hotels.

Businesses with 3+ years operations, 10+ employees (5+ in rural areas), committing to create 5+ new jobs and invest $500K+ ($200K+ rural). Municipalities and not-for-profit organizations for community economic development projects over $100K.
