About this program
Provides loans up to $15,000 per applicant for new and expanding businesses. Repayment terms up to 5 years at TD Bank Prime + 4.5% interest. Supports entrepreneurs in trades, qualification recognition, small-scale food production, business start-ups, and winter production financing.

New and expanding businesses in PE including trades graduates, newcomers seeking qualification recognition, small-scale food producers, startups, and craft/giftware manufacturers.
