Agriculture Wildlife Program
About this program
Helps farmers recover from wildlife damage to eligible harvested and unharvested crops, and livestock. Producers can receive up to 80% compensation when losses are caused by eligible wildlife not held in captivity.
Eligibility
BC agricultural producers with BC Assessment Farm Status and proof of land ownership or valid lease who follow best management practices. Producers with Production Insurance are automatically enrolled.
